Junior Architect
- Generating concepts and designs
- Preparing architectural plans & construction documents

Intern Architect
- Assisting in generating concepts, architectural plans and construction drawings
- Assisting in presentations materials
- Flexible enough to juggle between multiple categories of works when required

Project Architect
- Project based collaboration work
- Skilled enough to manage a project from start to end and to handle all the components associated with it
- Administering the projects by applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes and building materials
- Can work with multi-disciplinary design teams
- Can assist in coordination of materials and products for the project specifications
3D Artist & Editor
- Prompt in delivering high quality renders of 3D perspective views
- Documenting and illustrating projects
- Managing social media handles of the company
- Skilled in computer-assisted software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, MS Word and MS Excel
Site Supervisor
- Supervising the construction work of an assigned project thoroughly
- Dealing with the challenges that might appear on site
- Corroborating the ongoing work of site with the drawings provided
- Completing the construction work by efficient planning, organizing, controlling and inspecting the quality of work constantly
- Skilled in construction science and management
Finance and Marketing Manager
- Budget planning and supporting the team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company
- Analyzing targets & keeping track of market trends
- Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
- Monitoring cash flow & providing insights on the financial health of the organization to create cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues
- Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors’ HM Revenue & Customs.
- Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for the projects
