Abu Al Azad & Gong, this 7-storied residential building is located in Hazari Road, Feni. The total site area is 3.49 Katha. As the project is located in an urban area, the prime requirement of the client was to build an economic residential apartment with minimum standard facilities.
Concept and Design Brief
The building is slightly tilted towards the north. The ground floor consists of a single-family unit, a generator room, a caretaker room, a toilet & 2 parking spaces. The entire building has the similar typical floor plan with a 3-unit per floor area except for the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is a single unit that is dedicated to building’s owner.
In the 2nd floor, the single-unit space consists of a foyer, living cum dining, family living, 5-bed rooms; where 3 bedrooms have attached bathroom facilities. The entire interior space is well lit and ventilated. A wide glass opening gives proper air circulation throughout the apartment, as a result, the living space remains comfortable throughout the year.
