Service Packages

Working one on one with you, helps us understand how you live, work and interact with your everyday spaces. Our highest priority thus is to engage with you right from the start to make your project a reflective of your vision. We expect you to be transparent about your ideas and budget with us. We also expect you to be open to new ideas and be realistic about the limitations that a project’s site/budget may create. We therefore offer you two packages that give you the opportunity to avail our expert services. Although different in aspects, we will be obliged to submit a complete set of documents for both the packages. Our responsibilities as consultants will also be to attend to your needs in various stages of the design and construction process regardless of the package you choose.

[ Service Package A ]

Architectural Design
Consultancy

Our consultancy package-A mainly includes conceptual ideas, design, planning, 3D perspectives and working drawings of every minute detail. We sometimes assist you with our supervision for this package. We also provide you with detailed drawings of civil works and electrical designs. Material sourcing and specification will be exclusive to this service.

[ Service Package B ]

Architectural Design Consultancy & Construction Works

For consultancy package B, we go above and beyond to provide you with a wide variety of additional services. Besides all the required drawings, this package also includes feasibility studies, program analysis, project management, construction documents and administration. We arrange the top notch supervision from our team if you opt for package B.

Terms and Conditions

Design work will start after appointment as consultant along with the 1st installment of payment. This may be regarded as the work order.
All rights of the design will be reserved by Vector plinth.
Client will co-operate for the sourcing of different element for specialized areas.
All materials should be purchased according to consultants given specification.
If client wishes to make any changes in design then it should be informed to the consultant.
If client doesn’t pay installment properly, the design work should not submitted in client hand.
All design work will proceed effectively subjected to timely and full payments as per our given payment schedule.

[ Policies ]

Payment and Policies

Service Charge

Vector Plinth offers 3 categories of service charge: Premium, Standard and Economy, all of which are structured according to the regulations of IAB. Client shall pay the fee for site inspection or overseas trip and the reimbursable expenses as per the rates agreed in IAB on the day of the site inspection/trip. Extra charges in case of any online transactions will be added with the fee.

Installment Policy

The architect shall be entitled to receive his fee for the delivery of designs and drawings in multiple phases. The client shall pay the Architect at the time of receipt of the drawings.

Payment Methods

Bank transfer, Cheque, Cash & Mobile services.

Transaction Failures

In case of any transaction failures or a significant delay in payment, the quotation will be revised as the cost estimation will be subjected to change because of the delayed time period.
